im 16… i think that this is actually alot of food to be eating if your loosing weight lol..
i have 6pack from doing crunches..problem is i can only see it a bit as i have a tiny bit of a belly..but i used to be pretty fat so its all good..
i currently run 5miles on the treadmill 4 days a week ..more times if i can..like this morning i ran an extra 2 miles before my breakfast..so you get the idea…
im always loosing weight havent gained weight in months…
but ye what foods should i eating to loose weight quicker.. im totally not doing that belly off as i think its 2 much food for me…
i mite just go on a high protein low carb diet..

Aside from that, it looks a little heavy on the protein and light on carbs.
