Quick Weight Loss In A Week
my diet and exercise plan for quick weight loss. Is it realistic?
I have got 6 weeks to lose around 10 pounds. I am 18, 5 foot 8 inches and 147 pounds so my bmi is currently around 22.5. I really just want to lose weight around my hips but I know that I have to shed weight from everywhere in order to do this.
I have been going to the gym 5 times a week burning 500-600 calories each time with cardio and general toning.
I eat on average 1300 calories a day and I worked out that I should be having about 1800 calories to maintain my weight. my daily food plan is as follows:
Cereal with blueberries – 200-300 cals
Ryvita OR yoghurt OR banana – 100 cals
Jacket potato OR pasta OR soup – 400 cals
Another snack – 200 cals
Gym session burning 500 cals
Chicken + salad OR Fish OR Vegetable stirfry with chicken OR beand on toast. – 500 cals
Can anybody tell me whether this weight loss target could be achieveable using this diet and exercise plan??

Sounds okay but what kindof cereal? NO pasta LOL. what kindof yogurt? you really need to just eat less which you are and move more which you are… just try to lay low on carbs and eat more vegtables and protein… keep fruits in the morning mid afternoon if you really want fast results.. and keep dinner LEAN AND GREEN which i mean by grilled chicken or fish with green veggies. Instead of cereal eat oatmeal with cinn.. it doesnt have to be plain go to kroger and get ACTIVE LIFESTYLE it is still healthy but sweeter with different stuff in it.
