Quick / Semi-Quick Weight Loss?

I would like to lose about 20 pounds before Christmas. In the past I have lost 50 pounds slowly with the correct food choices, working out, and the help of my doctor and nutritionist. I do know how to do this the right way…but I am so frustrated I can’t do it. I get easily discouraged when I don’t see results quickly and then I give up.

Any advice or tips on quick weight loss?

I have tried Hydroxycut and lost 15 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks. The pharmacy ran out of that stuff and now I am on TrimSpa. With Hydroxycut though I gained muscle as it enhances what ever muscle you already have.

But that’s if you’re into taking pills. If you’re not a pill popping person, then I recommend that you keep doing what your doing- it’s just takes longer because your body is still trying to break down the stuff that is left behind. Congrats though on losing 50 lbs- that’s great!!!!
