Quick Weight Loss Food Plans
If i ran 3 miles each day for 10 days, will it help with weight loss and tone?
I plan to run after the 10 days but would just like to know if there will be much of a change in my weight and tone. I have reduced my calorie intake and started eating healthier food types already. My plan is to start skipping 30 – 45 minutes per day and if i have time do some weights. Would this routine have any effect on my weight and tone, i want long term weight loss not a quick fix – advice welcomed

It depends on your body type and other factors…in 10 days you might start seeing results if you’ve never exercised before.
Start a weight/bodyfat log and go buy a bodyfat caliper or the handheld kind you can get online. Follow a strict diet plan and be consistent with working out and cardio and the results will come over time. It’s all about consistency. Diet supplements can help you get over the hump but they are not miracle cures.
