Quick Weight Loss Exercises For Women

looking for a quick but safe weight loss programe?

Hello,
Im a newly 30 year old woman who has always struggled with my weight. Im not going to say how much I weigh but I will tell you that I am the heaviest and biggest i have ever been.
PLEASE HELP.
I have tryed the weight watchers diet which really worked for me but I soon put on all the weight again (and more.)
I don’t like exercising and cant walk far as I am having back problems.
PLEASE HELP. I AM SOOO MISERABLE.
