Are you owed a refund form Pure Weight Loss centers?
Their doors are closing on January 4,2008 – their refund application that you were given within the last week states that we should allow them up to 8 weeks to process our “refund application”. We are being given a small amount of products in order for us to simmer down until they close their doors, who knows what will happen when they do. Yet within the past few weeks corporate offices decided to have a discount sale on the products that we paid in full for. One has to wonder if this was an attempt to liquidate the entire inventory, you have to ask yourself now, why was that done if bars are still owed to us? We can do something about this and it needs to be done prior to January 1st 2008.

I have had this problem to. THey owe me 52 more weeks and 50 boxes of LA lights. They did allow me to pick up all of the supplements I had purchased. My lights had to be ordered because I hated the flavor, lime, that they had left. What should I do in VA about getting my money back. THis is so wrong. I even have my orginal contract still. Unfortantly, I don’t think any of us will get any money any time soon. I worked for a company one time that did something very similar and it took 3 years to get what thye owed thier customers. This really sucks because they owe me like $500.00.
