ok, so i found a bunch of articles and threads online saying that flaxseed oil will enhance a womans breast size. BUT, ive also read online and in a health book (Prescription for Nutritional Healing, fourth edition; by Phyllis A. Balch) that flaxseed oil can help aid in weight loss.
how exactly does this work? cause, if it helps make your boobs bigger, then arent you GAINING weight, not losing weight? or does it make you lose weight, but then brings all the fat and stuff up to your boobs or what?

You can’t believe everything you read or see on the internet. Those threads and articles are written by the people who sell flaxseed oil and other supplements. There is no way that taking flaxseed oil will increase a woman’s breast size. There’s also no way that taking flaxseed oil will cause weight loss – unless the person does that in place of eating food.
You are smart to be skeptical.
