How should I shop for weightlifting/general weight loss?

I’ve lost a little over 100 lbs. over the past 2 years, and I’m on my last 30 lbs. I also am beginning a weight training regiment in addition to my usual cardio. Are there any comprehensive websites or web tools out there (preferably free) for weight training that list what to eat, not eat, when to eat, protein use, etc. Or do any of you have personal plans that have worked?

You would do well on a balanced whole plant based diet avoiding most animal proteins including beef, pork, fish, poultry, and cow milk. Also avoid processed foods including excess: oils/fats, sugars/fructose, salt, MSG, aspartame, refined carbohydrates, and food additives.

The scientific data is solid today, and it has been solid for about 100 years now.

Sadly, corporations own our government standards committees resulting in information that is highly misleading. Do your homework, and you will quickly change your eating habits.
