OTC of course.

I’m male, age 29, 5’7 medium build, about 2 bills, no health issues (except a high BMI). I’m trying to lose some weight before 30. My ULTIMATE goal is 150. Do NOT mention anything about DIET or EXERCISE or 3 meals a day, etc…that will just piss me off since I already know most of that stuff. FYI I have recently started working out on a regular basis; but eating every 3 hours or small meals I just can’t do.
