Normal Weight Loss In A Week
Is my sudden weight loss normal?
Im a 16 year old gal.
Since autumn Ive lost about 8lb without change of diet or excercise patterns.
Since I was only about 7st8 in the first place, and because im only 5ft2, this kinda worries me.
I dont like being too skinny. Im starting to notice my ribs and hips sticking out a bit more.
Even more recently … the past week, ive lost my appetite.
Should I be worried? What might this be?
Ohh and my main concearn is the fact that 2 of my friends are anorexic/bulimic, and seem to envy my weight. And I dont want to be encouraging them to lose more weight. :
