Normal Weight Loss After Birth
weird weight loss after baby?
I came home from the hospital 12 days ago HEAVIER than when I went in to have the baby! Then I swelled up so bad. Since I have gotten home I have lost 1-3 pounds a day. It has now been 12 days and I am still loosing slowly. Is this normal? When will the weight loss stop? and what exactly am I loosing.. i dont feel swollen anymore??
If it matters I have lost a total of 17 pounds since birth.. and.. I need to loose another 23 pounds. I guess the chocolate munchies during my 1st trimester was a big no-no

believe me…you are still swollen. i didn’t think so either but when i look back at pics — i was still very swollen.
BTW – 1-3 pounds a day is hardly slowly!
