im 17 weight 350 pounds and I HAVE ENOUGHOF BEING OVERWEIGHT.?

I see all the shows on tv and the was i understand it is that weight loss is impossible without pills or surgery. Now since im about to be a senior i have decided that MAY 8 is my new chapter day. Im tired of living this life and want to have a better senior year. now this is how i planned to lose weight and my question is if i keep it up AM I ON THE RIGHT TRACK?? if not can u please HELP!!

Cut out all soft drinks (except diet coke/pepsi) and sweets from your diet. You’ll be amazed at how much that one little step can help.

Eat 5 small meals a day, as opposed to 3 large meals (if possible). Salads make a good meal replacement, as do diet/protein bars.

Exercise 3-4x a week. Make sure you get at least 30 min of cardio in too (walking/jogging).

And, yes, drink lots of water. 6-8 glasses a day is recommended, and it will also help to curb any hunger pains you may have between meals.
