speaking as a former ‘fatty’, (I’ve lost over six stones in the last two years) I can say confidently that nothing can aid slimming and sensible weight loss as much as following a simple diet and doing some form of moderate exercise however much I wanted to believe otherwise.
The weight didn’t come off as fast as I hoped but it came off, and I now find I’m able to keep it off. yes I miss Pringles and jaffa cakes, but I’m able to stick to the new food trends I learned and that has to be easier than taking a pill and hoping for the best.
