I have been using a new way to exercise. I live in Houston and alot of the time its to hot to go out for a walk. What I have been doing is during my regular tv shows I use the commercial time to walk around my living room. I walk the whole amount of the commericials. Does it matter that I am only using that time to exercise? Is that enough time. I do before and after work. I work for 4-11 at night so during the day I do most of the exercise.

do some exercises instead of just walking. Walking burns so little calories, you’ll have to march all the day long to burn a cap of cereals… You will just disappoint yourself, doing something and getting no results. Get some exercises from the Internet and do them in front of TV.
