I used too. When I began my weight loss journey in Sept. ’07, I weighed 308 pounds. Today, I weigh 223. 60 more pounds to go before I get to my goal. I did not have gastric bypass, and I’m not part of any commercial weight loss program. I lost this weight with some basic knowledge that I found on the internet, and a little determination. If you’d like to know how I began, e-mail me and I’ll fill you in.
What is wrong with you people? I’m just a mom who had 3 kids in 4 years. Was obese my whole life, and lost a HUGE amount of weight by working hard at it.
