Would cutting out some carbs each day help speed up my weight loss?

I noticed the other day whilst writing out my food diary ALL i eat is carbs carbs carbs so for breakfast, i have toast for lunch i have a sandwich and for dinner a jacket potato etc.
I thought if i swap carbs for something else and only eat carbs for ONE meal a day. Will this speed up weight loss? Btw I was thinking of eating 1300 a day.

first of all, 1300 carbs without working out, laying on a bed would be healthy, but for someone walking up a single flight of stairs, walking an average of one mile total walking distance in a day wound need 1500.
I believe healthy eating makes for healthy living. Eat what you feel your body feels and weed out the junk. You know yourself what you can get away with and what you need. Try, Try, Try until you find what works for you. Life sucks sometimes, but it doesn’t have to stay sucky…lol
