Miracle Weight Loss Noodles
Has anyone tried miracle noodles?
I just ordered Miracle Noodles online…has anyone tried them and had weight loss? Considering 0 calories??
I’ve had these in Japanese food before.
They aren’t “noodles” per se… They’re made with konyaku (Konjac), a type of indigestible plant fiber – hence 0 calories. They’re sometimes referred to as Shiritaki noodles.
If you were expecting something like spaghetti, you’re going to be sadly disappointed. They’re quite slippery and chewy (although you won’t be able to actually bite them in half)
You also probably paid way too much, considering you can get these for about a buck from your local Asian grocery story.
They don’t cause you to lose weight per se….although obviously if you ate a bunch of these, you’re going to feel full and not be able to eat anything else. At the same time, however, Konjac has next to 0 nutritional content.
