Im not sure if it is in every state but in michigan you know the commercial.

Yes It worked – and it was wonderful – It does take a lot of discipline but you see the weight coming off and it makes you feel soooo good- The nutrients they sell ( I think thats how they make their money) are what gets you going and fill in where you miss food.
I used to weigh 149 when I went on it – and I weighed 116 when I was done – I did it in 4 months and it stayed off for a while- Of course if you dont make your diet a habit, you will gain the weight back slowly- I weigh 135 now ( 7 years later).
