Major Weight Loss With Yoga
Thinking about trying Yoga?
I am thinking about trying Yoga, I am a little on the thick side, not too chuby, and am suffering from major anxeity. I would like to reap the benefits of both weight loss and anxeity control/release. Can any of you tell me your experiences with yoga? Did it help your stress levels? Did it help you to lose weight? Any info would be great!

You must try both yoga poses and yoga breathing (pranayama). Pranayama can help you to sort out the anxiety problems.
Consistent yoga practice along with moderation in diet can produce wonderful results in 4-6 weeks. One advice is that avoid sugar, tea and coffee for a weak and see the difference. Instead eat fresh fruits/ salads or vegetables. Reduce your intake of fried food and non veg food.
