la weight loss if it works?
im joining LA weighht loss and i was wondering if it works today is my appointment liek do u goo and excersise or wat plz answer and dont tell me its a scam cuz i have the money for it soo its okay
and their products do they make u lose weight and if tthey do which one helps the most
I was with LA weight loss for about a year and to be honest, I hated it..but I’m also a very picky eater and half of what they wanted me to eat, I didn’t like and they wouldn’t believe me.
I had three people go through the same list of food with me and wouldn’tt believe me that I’d gone through that same list with two others.
They also don’t let you see the same person every time…all each person has are the notes from each “appointment” that you go to, which I think they want you to go three times a week.
You don’t have to excercise but they put you on an eating plan and if you want to change it at all, as I had to do, you have to get it approved by a dietitian (which the people you meet with arent)
you’re honestly better off going to an actual dietition and coming up with a plan that suits you and your lifestyle…thats what I ended up doing and it has worked much better for me than LA weight loss ever did
