La Weight Loss Jump Start

have you done a cleanse from a healthfood store? did it work?

i have started LA weight loss (my mom did it actually and it worked great for her, so i am not paying the bucks instead im just using her info and diaries)
but i was thinking of doing a cleanse to jump start it, have you used a cleanse… did it work? how did it make you feel while you were doing it? what were the results? where did you get it and what was it called?
the diet im doing is basically just following the canadian food guide
