Why do I feel sick when I start in a diet?

So im about 70 lbs overweight and my husband and I want to have a baby so I wanted to loose the extra weight to have a healthy pregnancy and baby. The past few months i have tried but i have gone off and on my diet mainly because every time i start it i feel so weak and sick ( by the way I’m following LA weight loss which is basically 6 small meals a day consisting of 2 starches 2 proteins 4 vegetables 3 fruits 1 dairy 1 fat a protien bar and 64 oz of water and that’s through out the day)I used to eat three meals a day and I would snack, nothing to junky but not really healthy either, but ever time I start I really only stick to it for a few days because I start to feel weak and sick all day. Any ideas on why this might be and what I can do to fix it.

I would suggest just asking your doctor. Your doctor would probably know better than us. Maybe you are allergic to something you’re eating? Also, I don’t suggest using LA weight loss ever since I saw a documentary type thing about people who used to work there. They basically said they try to find out what’s making you overweight and use it against you to make you feel bad about yourself and end up buying more of their stuff. For example, someone may be overeating because they are depressed, so they use the depression against them so that they believe they won’t be “normal” or ever lose weight if they don’t use all of their products. It’s weird.
