L.A. Weight Loss Canada?

Is there anyone who has joined LA Weight Loss Canada and lost weight. Can you tell me how much it cost and how was the food . Was it worth it? How much did you loose in how long?

i joined LA Weight Loss in the United States. i’m sure it’s the same program as it is in Canada.

i lost 18 lbs in the first 2 months. after that … i sort of lost interest. i paid $700 for 1 year and you have to pay that up front. the food that you eat is your own food … you just are on a certain program. for instance i could have:

3 proteins
4 veggies
4 fruits
3 carbs
1 fat
2 dairy

per day. i could split that up however i wanted to as long as i got everything in. they give you a list of approved foods.

i got bored with the program because i kept eating the SAME THINGS every day … it was hard to have variety because of the limits on what you can eat. also, i’m not a person who does well with having to measure and weigh everything and you have to do that on this program.

i know several people who were successful .. it’s all about your own motivation and what is acceptable to you. i found that it consumed my day worrying about whether or not i ate all my fruits or trying to figure out what i was allowed or not.

for me .. i failed on the program. the program did not fail me.
