Juicing For Weight Loss Energy

Is this right for weight loss?

I’m trying to lose weight. I know that I can lose weight if I eat healthy and exercise but, can I lose weight by juicing fruits and veggies.

So far I have been juicing beets and black grapes, carrots and cantaloupe, apples, pear, grapefruit and carrots. Is this an awesome way to lose weight.

I have also been snacking on the fruits and vegetables like carrots, celery, apples, a lot of Grapefruits, oranges, pears, cantaloupe, and more celery.

I have also dropped from a size 13 to a 10 in jeans. I also have more energy. My goal weight is 130-ish.Since I joined a dance group for two hours twice a week and If I walked home a lot, can I lose more weight?

And If you can, can you please, give me more tips to lose weight?

I myself don’t do what you are doing, but it is rather good for you. I have heard/experienced myself medical stories of a man curing his colon cancer, kidney disease, and diabetes by juicing nothing but raw fruits and veggies. It is very good for your body.

I suggest adding cardio/weightlifting to your routine. I know a lot of women don’t like to weight lift because they fear getting bulky, but that will not happen unless you 1)work out EXCESSIVELY and 2) take testosterone supplements. Cardio is great for melting fat off the body and promoting a strong and healthy heart.

Weight lifting increases muscle strength, and more muscle=more calories burned daily.
