Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Advice
So from my previous questions of weight loss, comes another question plz help?
So i am taking ppls advice and uping my workout from 30 minutes to an hour and preferrably before breakfast. Im not gonna worry so much about weight. My question now is. I only have found jillian michaels workouts that i enjoy. i usually order them on demand on they are only 30 minutes. what should i do after that workout ? im doing an hour so should i do excercises on my own? plus i have no weights just so u know..but what excercises should i do to finish the hour workout?
It’s a good thing to do cardio, even if your new goal isn’t weight loss. Heart disease rates are significantly lower in people who exercise than those who don’t, regardless of weight. There is no point to working out that much before breakfast, that’s simply depleting glycogen in your muscles and then your body will begin converting your muscle tissue to get extra energy. In regards to cardio, the best type of cardio is anything that gets your heart rate up. You should do exercises on your own, yes. I would suggest getting some cheap weights or begin to do resistance training. Weight lifting is a very healthy part of exercise. I’m not sure of your physical capabilities, but to extend your workout I would consider: push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, bridges, lunges, squats. Stretching after working out is also important. It increases flexibility, which reducing the risk for injury while exercising.
