Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program Foods

What would be an ideal weight loss plan for me?

I am 14 years old, 5 foot 8 and I weight 160 lbs. My target weight is 135 pounds (25 pound weight loss). I just want to be clear that I want to do this healthy, no crash diets or cheap tricks. I’ve struggled with my weight for a while and I finally feel ready to combat it. Exercise isn’t an issue because I am in a pre-professional dance training program and I exercise 20+ hours a week. Diet and other parts of weight loss are what I most need help with. I don’t eat a sugary diet but I need foods that are low in calories but high in protein to keep me going through the day. Also I would like to reach my goal of 135 lbs 6 weeks from now. What will I need to do to make that happen? Thank you!

Keep exercising and make sure you’re jogging regularly. The best diet is what you learned in health, the food pyramid. Always eat breakfast! It will boost your metabolism. If you run every other day, eat properly, and do your dancing, you SHOULD be able to cut the weight. Each person’s body type is different so there will never be a guarantee.

Most commercialized diets turn out to be a bunch of crap.
