Hypnosis Cds..Is it safe to listen to more than one?
I have bought some Paul McKenna hypnosis cds. Is it safe or even effective if I listen to more than one in the same day or will my brain become kind of muddled with different suggestions? For example a weight loss one and a confidence one on same day? Thank you.
For pre-recorded CD’s you probably picked the best (Paul McKenna). I exposed myself to his ‘Learning Acceleration” video (probably out of print now) in college for a couple months straight and it helped me a great deal in terms of real results (grades). It still took effort on my part of course but it did help significantly toward my graduation.
I would stick to one for at least a month before adding something else. Also, these can have a very powerful effect on you or they can just help you significantly along with other things. I don’t know which one it will be, but be sure to meet it halfway in giving your best effort in all other ways you can think of. An experienced live hypnotist is by far the best, but these things can indeed help you –don’t let anyone else tell you differently.
