How Much Weight Loss Liposuction
I need help with weight loss. Please please help?
OK, I’m 18, 17 Stone and extremely unhappy with my fat content. In 3 months time i have a very important occasion and i am close to Canceling it. I have looked into Liposuction but don’t want to go that far really..
Is there anybody that knows how to lose a good amount of weight (3ish stone) in 3 months?

(I must add, I’m skint so it will be hard to buy a lot)
1) make a diary of your eating habits to see how much junk you go through in a day!
2) Try eating 4 or 5 times a day to maintain blood sugar levels. BUT a meal must not have too much fat or sugar. Eat only meals that have high levels of complex carbs, e.g. brown bread, brown pasta, cous cous and have lots of veg (that you like) with them (not sure how good a cook you are).
3) Eat loads of fruit, and snack on fruit rather than crap, as this will keep blood sugar levels high without giving you too many cravings.
4) Try walking everywhere you can, get on your bike, and even venture to your local pool if you’re brave enough!
5) do one or more of the above exercises 3 times a day for 20 minutes (set yourself exact times of the day to do them eg 09:25 NOT ‘about 10 o’clock’) and try to get yourself sweating! (make sure you breath deeply during exercise because you need lots of oxygen in your blood to burn fat)
6) Keep your self hydrated, with water. Dont drink energy drinks as they dont help you lose weight.
