How Much Weight Loss Juice Fasting
How much weight can i lose with this diet and routine?
i weigh 220 most of it is muscle to be honest but there is a layer of fat
Diet:
no more than 1700 calories a day
NO soda STRICTLY WATER about 4 or 5 8oz bottles a day
Workout:
Mon, Wed, Friday-Weightlifting for about 45-60 mins
NO fast food at all. I’ve been eating alot of fruits and vegetables usually ill eat 2-4 carrots and a cucumber, celery, and some fruit i also like to juice fruits and veggies other than that i eat some nuts, and lean meats occasionally
Tues, Thurs, Sat-Walking/Jogginng 30-45 mins
Plus i do alot of other things such as hiking for 6 hours, swimming in the ocean for a few miles stuff like that
just need to know what kind of weight loss i can expect to see
This is one awesome routine you came up with.
The only 2 things I would change is your lean meats.
1) If you do not like to eat meat other than occasionally, then you need to get more protein from other sources. Weight lifting is punishing on muscles and you could lose muscle mass if you are not getting enough protein.
2) Be careful of how much fruits you are consuming. Fruits contain fructose which is a form of sugar which is slightly better than refined sugar, but it IS sugar nevertheless. Try not to go over 5 servings and avoid more than a couple of servings of those that are high in fructose: e.g. oranges, pineapple, grapes.
