How Much Weight Loss Juice Fast

i need DDR weight loss information? fast!?

i am 5’6 and weigh 143, from the last month till about now i have deprived my body of nutrients and food its needed, i forced my self to exercise everyday, i take diet pills, people keep telling me i have anorexia, and other eating disorders, but im tired of being so energy drained and i want to try something different, if i change my diet to strictly diet soda, water, v8 juice, veggies and some fruit and still exercise they way i do, tae bo two times a week, run up and down stairs 2 times a week, jogging and up the amount of DDR i play will i lose a good amount of weight? I generally play DDR for about 2-4 hours at a time and i do it about 2 times a week when i have nothing to do, but if i change it to doing it atleast an hour and a half everyday on hard and continue with tae bo about how much weight will i lose?

DDR? whats that? your diet is all wrong if you starve yourself you wont lose weight (at least healthy) because if you starve your body regularly whenever you eat your body will be like ENERGY and store everything. secondly you dont jstu live on one food you need a variety thats why you feel drained. eat plently of protein and veggies. dont eat any junk and try to keep fat and carbs low. only eat carbs before and after a long physical activity (this is a necessity)
