Is Anyone On The Zone Diet Home Delivery System?

What has been your experience with this weight loss system where the Zone diet is delivered fresh to your front door? I know it’s expensive, but does it work, and is the food better than nutrasystem (which for me, tasted pretty bad with the exception of a couple of items)?

The reason that I ask is that the home delivery is based on the recipes in the zone diet book. So if you enjoy them you should really like the home delivery program (I believe that it’s now called ZoneChefs since they wanted to get away from the awful stigma of many home food delivery programs).

The Zone delivery prides itself on the taste of food and if you read through their success stories page you will see many stars who can afford anything, yet they get it delivered the same way you would.

There are a few different food programs that you can choose from, so remember to read the menus and see which one you would prefer. I am not a fan of lamb, but the chicken meals and angus beef are right up my alley. There are a few meals with loin of pork and many of the snacks are more like mini meals, then just a quick snack.

If you not really sure which meal plan you would like try, you can do a meal profile which would help you decide. You also would need to know if you want the meals delivered fresh daily, weekly or if you prefer to receive them once a week in a frozen state.

Your best bet would be to read the menus over, and see which meals appeal to you. There is a large variety of foods.
