Chinese weight loss tea?
i heard that Chinese herbal diet tea can make you loose weight by speeding up your metabolism and making you go to the toilet, so i decided to give it a try. has anyone else used it? does it work? (i am also combining it with healthy eating before anyone says anything)
It is possible for a food/beverage to increase your metabolism. The drink could contain extra amounts of vitamin B which would aid your metabolism. BUT, to increase it to the point that you will notice weight loss, no. As far as causing you to use the restroom, yes this is probably true. Many beverages can act as a diuretic (notably green tea). Although, this weight loss is an illusion. Frequent urination is causing you to appear lighter on the scale due to decreased water weight, but what you’re wanting to lose is fat, rendering the benefit useless.
Since you’ve already started eating healthy, your on the right track.
Don’t let people tell you that weight loss is difficult. With self control anyone can do it.
