Help With Weight Loss And Menopause

moms health is geting bad please tell me whats wrong with her?

Please help my mom she has all these crazy symptoms and no insurance?
my moms info she is 41 years old and i think she is going through menopause she weighs 250 and she is 5’7 here are her symptom that came on 3 months ago:
1. headache on right side toward front went to hospital doc said everything looked fine.
2. 30lbs weight gain in 2 months.
3. loss of appiate only eats dinner for 3 months now
4. no menstrual for 3 months
5. mager mood swings
6. excessive thurst drinks 2 gallons of water a day
7. red face chest and neck.
8. always tired

IF SOME ONE COULD PLEASE LOOK OVER THE SYMPTOMS AND TELL ME WHAT COULD BE HAPPENING TO HER THAT WOULD BE SO GREAT
