Healthy Weight Loss Quickly
Why is it that when I ask about losing weight quickly I get a bunch of healthy eating crap?
I wanted a back-up plan for my weight loss, something to help me drop weight so I can still reach my goal weight by my goal time if I screw up. When I posted a question about it I asked:
Will this help me lose the weight?
If not, what should I do?
Half the people replyed with “oh just eat healthy and exercise and you’ll lose it eventually” and the other half were those annoying copy and paste answers. I get the importance of eating healthy but this is a freaking BACK UP plan, as in LAST RESORT, and hopefully I won’t be doing it at all. Yes you lose weight but I’m looking at hopefully 10 pounds in two weeks. And besides you know they’re probably hypocrites, I mean why do you think commercial diets are so commecial? So anyways, do you think it’s them being stubborn about THEIR diet plan or them just not knowing the real answer?
Bonus question: What should my back-up plan be?????
10 lbs in 2 weeks? Go on an all liquids diet. Dont eat bread,or most things white. Eggs whites are fine and a good idea. I’d say if you had to stray to solids i would go to oatmeal and egg whites.
