14 and need to lose weight?

hi^^
im 14 and weigh 188 pounds and am 5’5. Ive tried only eating healthy, and couldn’t keep it up. I tried exercise but my asthma is so bad that it never helped. I don’t really have any family support, and it would mean a lot to my self esteem to lose this weight. Does anyone have any tips for me? maybe a teen forum for support on weight loss? thank you so much

I would reccomend joining some sort of weight loss program. The support they provide will keep you motivated. Plus you will meet other people who are trying to lose weight.
