Hcg Weight Loss Injections Side Effects

Ok. Here’s the deal. I have an extremely irregular cycle most of which I am sure is because of a significate weight gain in the last 5 years. (80 lbs) I want to start having children after the end of this year but I’m trying to lose the weight first. I’m currently doing the B12 and Hcg injections with the Bontrin appitite suppresents. A couple of years ago my doctor put me on progestrone to make me ovulate. I want to do the progestrone cream and I know it will also help with my weight loss. My question is will the progestrone and the hcg injections have bad side effects when done together?

I am doing the HCG shot first then progesterone
Oh and I am also over weight and it has NOTHING to do with my infertility. Obviously the better you control your diet and exercise the better your health and the future baby’s health.
