Gym Weight Loss Workout Routine

What gym routine should I do?

I am enhance my ballet dancing by a gym workout routine. What would be the best areas to work on? Stamina, weights, or something else? I am not looking for weight loss or to much toning. More of a strengthening/enhancing of the skills and strengths I need for ballet. I already am into yoga and Pilate’s for its benefits. Thanks for any ideas and knowledge you may have.

You should do a well rounded workout. I need more information to help you though. What is your current fitness level and calorie intake? This determines what routine you should do and if you are eating enough (or too few) calories to maintain your structure. If you have any more fitness questions I would be more than happy to help.
