Green Tea Weight Loss Gum

Will I still continue to lose weight after what I ate today?

I used to weigh around 160 and I got down to 124-126 pounds. I’m 16 and 5”7”. I want to continue to lose a little more weight, but still be healthy. My weight loss has really slown down…Maybe, I’m not eating the right things anymore???

Here’s what I ate today:
1 packet simple harvest pecan oatmeal w/ water (160 cal)
1 slice of bread sliced in half w/ 3/4 tbsp sunflower seed butter (150-200 cal)
2 cups cabbage and carrot salad w/ spray dressing
1/2 cup morningstar vegetarian mince meat w/ veggies
vitamins
10-12 cups water
4 cups green tea
gum

It’s only natural that the weight loss will slow down. As you approach a certain weight, you are nearing the weight that your calorie intake can sustain.

Keep in mind, that the slower you lose weight, the more likely that you will keep it off. It’s also possible that you are not eating enough to keep your metabolism up.
