so i’m 16, i weigh 146 lbs (66kg) and i’m 5 feet 8.5 inches tall. I’d like to lose some weight around the belly area but i don’t have a lot of free time because of school. what should i eat and are there any simple workout routines i can do that could help me reach my goal? thanks

1- for at least one – two weeks eat foods with high protein and fat contents like cheese, eggs, yogurt, etc etc

2- drink more than 15-16 glasses of water a day ( I KNOW u’ve heard it too may times but it get rid of waste materials of body system)

3- eat a large breakfast

4- do 20-30 minutes excercises e.g. running
