Teen weight loss help?
I am 14-years-old, going to be 15 in February. I am a Freshman in high school, and as most of you know, body image is big problem. I am about 5’7” and weigh 152 pounds. I really don’t have a goal weight, I mostly just want to lose some flab, and gain a flatter stomach. I have been proportioning my meals, which I don’t eat much anyways. What are some really effective workouts? I have really low self esteem, and my body is a main reason. Does anyone know of any good (and free) teen support websites? Your help is much appreciated.
Swimming a km every day might help. 40 laps of 25 m or 20 laps of 50 m every day. Swimming is probably the best exercise there is.
