Free Weight Loss Routine
is this a good routine/weight plan?
i am currently in the process of trying to lose weight(:
i believe i will be alot happier by the time i lose the weight.!<3
i'm 14,5'3 and 190 pounds.
my weight loss goal is 115-120 pounds. (75IBS TO LOSE BY AUGUST)
Because i am wanting to fit smaller clothes! ;D "duh".
So here is my plan.-
i am splitting my workouts for 2 hours.
1 HOUR of running,jumproping,jogging,situps. and i might take up fast movement dancing - ( :
1HOUR.- Of Body Working. like AB workouts,Leg Workouts,Arm Workouts,Things to shape my body. -
And for the eating, EAT HEALTHY.- FRUITS, VEGETABLES, 6 SMALL COURSE MEALS A DAY.
SALADS WITH FAT FREE RANCH FOR LUNCH EVERYDAY.- 5 BOTTLES OF WATER, OR JUST ALOT OF WATER HAHA. (: Just reallllyyy healthy thinggs. -
hahahhaha. -
You need to start with cardio. Run and ride a bike…a lot.
You also need to start lifting or doing pushups, exeercise.. Go to your library and go get a book on weightlifting.
