Free Weight Loss On A Budget
I’m around 205lbs, 5’7 and UK dress size 18, I want to be a size 12/14 by June, is this possible?
I’m a student and part-time worker so I don’t really have much free time on my hands, I’m not very motivated; I can’t live off Salad leafs or change my budget to provide the finest lentils or anything like that I’m after some great weight loss ideas from people who have actually lost weight.

you can but it is EXTREMELY unhealthy to lose weight quickly, go with what feels right, many people lose weight quick schemes, don’t bother just eat healthy, no junk food you WILL lose weight!
