Where can I find a free weight loss support group?
I need to lose weight. A lot of weight. I was with LA Weight Loss for about 3 months and lost 52 lbs, however they went out of business and took my $6500.00 with them. After they went out of business I gained all the weight back plus 15 lbs. Now I am still making payments on the personal loan I took out to join LA, so I do not have the extra money to join weight watchers or something similar, but I do need help. I need a support group or something, someone to be there for me when I need them. All of my friends are normal weight and don’t really have the time to exercise with me or anything so all of that I will do on my own. I thought maybe someone might know of a website to help me reach my goals. I know it is getting to be a life or death situation and I am choosing life. Im only 25 and already have high blood pressure, please help me!
