Free Weight Loss Healthy Quick Meals
Another boring diet question?
This is a quickie question and I just want to know how low in calories I can go and how quick I can lose weight, what is the fastest rate possible. I know Lighter Life & Cambridge float around 400-500 calories a day. I have been having about 1000 in the form of two protein shakes and a carb free evening meal with just protein and vegetables. I am VERY heavy and apparently this will make my weight loss faster than avarage. I am also quite sedentary but I do walk every day and trot round after 2 toddlers.
My main question is how low and how quick?
(No offence to the healthy eaters but I dont want advice on a nice sensible balanced diet, I want this weight off ASAP!)
Bet you’re not as heavy as I used to be? I used to weigh over 28 stones! I have lost just over 10 stones to date and aiming for at least another 8 stones off. I know you want to wake up slim I used to dream of it :O)
I know its boring but healthy eating and exercise really is the only way to go…sorry not the answer you wanted. If you lose a steady 2lb each week that is over 7 stones in a year! I don’t know how much you weigh now, but if you are very over weight its not unreasonable to expect to lose 1 stone each month, and all without starving or taking dangerous potions.
