How Can I loose weight?

Well I have this horrible weight problem. I want to know how to loose weight at my age. I’m like only 12 and I see a lot of exercise programs and videos but I only see women in their 30s and 40s so I think those methods won’t work for me and also I can’t keep up with a routine because me parents work a lot. If one day they say we have to work late I have to go to their office and babysit my bro and sis. Or if they say let’s go somewhere for the weekend Or like now they have to go to Mexico to do some business but I have to babysit and work and most likely just not have free time. So all I need is some fast way fit for my age weight loss routine.

I’m sure that you are pretty, and don’t really need to loose weight, but here are some tips since you asked this question:

1. Eat lots of FRESH, uncooked fruits and vegetables. EVEN if you take a few of your favorite fruits and veggies and blend them in a blender or juice them in a juicer, that would be good. Actually, that would be BETTER, because the nutrients will flow through your system a lot faster. These nutrients aid in weigh loss, and general overall health. You must do this EVERYDAY. It’s not hard really. Especially if you eat fruits and veggies that you actually LIKE. If you choose ones that you DON’T like, then you probably won’t stick with it, so choose ones that you like.

2. Bake or grill your meats, INSTEAD of frying them, or have your parents to do this. I don’t know if you cook or not. This method is IMPORTANT, because by FRYING your foods, you are eating a lot of GREASE, which is VERY fattening, and self-defeating in your endeavor to loose weight.

3. Stay away from POPS or SODAS, ( they will make you fat!) stay away from sweets in general, unless they are fruits. It’s OKAY to have sweets on OCCASION however. Try to pick only ONE day out of the week where you will allow yourself to eat sweets, or any other types of junk food, and even then… don’t over do it. THEN, get RIGHT back on track the next day!:)

4. if you must have salt, then use SEA SALT, instead of iodized salt. Sea salt is natural and HEALTHY for you. It will NOT make you retain water. Iodized salt is unnaturally processed, and actually helps you to RETAIN, water. Giving you that fat, BLOATED look. Not good.

5. Set a deadline as to what time you will STOP eating. Say, for an example, you set a deadline for 6:00 at night to eat. Then since you set this for yourself, don’t eat past this hour, and if you absolutely MUST, eat ONLY fruits or a vegetables. The LATER you eat, the LIGHTER you need to eat. Your digestive system has been working hard ALL DAY. You must give it a rest. By eating heavier foods later in the day, you’re body will not burn these calories as quickly, as your body is winding down to REST. As a general rule, there should be NO eating past 9 or 10:00 at night. When you go to sleep, your body is not digesting food at NEARLY the same rate as when you are awake. So don’t make it HARD on your body by eating a lot of food, or by eating very HEAVY ( greasy) food just before bed.

6. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. 8 Oz’s per glass or close TO it. It doesn’t HAVE to be exact.

7. You can do a very SIMPLE form of exercise if you’d like… walking. You should walk at LEAST 30 minutes to half an hour a day. This should be a BRISK walk ( a fast paced walk) NOT a slow, casual walk. This will ensure that you are burning calories at a moderate rate. You can switch it UP from fast paced, to average paced to give yourself time to breathe and relax a little. If you or your parents have a treadmill at home, then I suggest that you use it. If not, then go for a nice brisk walk around your neighborhood daily, ( take someone with you) or just go back and forth around the BLOCK for 30 minutes to an hour. Bring your watch, or use your cell phone to keep the time. Do this for at LEAST 5 days out of the week. You CAN do more. You will see AMAZING results, I PROMISE you!!!

REMEMBER: It’s important to make healthy eating and daily exercise a LIFESTYLE. Not just something that you do to lose weight for a short period of time, because EVENTUALLY, if you don’t stick to healthy eating, you’ll just gain all that weight BACK. Your results are only PERMANENT, if you keep doing what you did to lose weight in the FIRST place. if you can do this for 21 days concurrently, you’ve already created a healthy habit. Congratulations when this happens!:)

If you mess up, it’s OKAY. Just get right back up and try AGAIN. You don’t have to stick to this plan or ANY plan for THAT matter, PERFECTLY. The MAIN thing is that you are putting forth the EFFORT. You will get better and BETTER at this with TIME. So don’t beat yourself up if you stumble at this in the beginning. It takes some people YEARS to develop a healthy lifestyle, ( hopefully it won’t take you this long:) but they kept TRYING, until they got it RIGHT! I hope this helped, and Take Care:)
