how much weight can be lost on a vegan diet?

i am planning on going on a 1 month vegan diet for health reasons because i havent been feeling well lately and it was suggested to try. i read up on the internet and it says that another bonus is weight loss.i would be eating 3 meals a day and 2 small snacks. its a low carb diet with barely any added sugars. i would also not drink soda mostly water and some sugar free juice.
how much could i lose in one month on a vegan diet if i do cardio 30 mins. daily?

please dont try to talk me out of it. it is 100% healthy as long as i get enough protein and i take multivitamins.

What about vitamin B12? That comes from meat. So does iron. Yeah, you can take pills, but do you think nature intended that? Being a vegan isn’t a weight loss plan. If you want to lose weight, you should eat fish, chicken and veggies, and drink a lot of water. I promise you’ll lose more weight that way than by going vegan.
