weight loss, especially in thighs and butt
i’m 5’3 and 126 pounds. technically its considered “healthy” but i really do need to loose a few pounds. i know about counting calories and stuff but how many calories would i be able to eat if i exercised from 30-60 minutes a day?
also, i have a really big butt and thighs. i have naturally big hips, so i am doomed to have a big butt no matter what, but its not firm or anything. so is there any certain exercises i can do that will help me to loose fat in my butt and thighs and firm them up some?

oh, and another question–
i have heard that weight watchers is supposed to work really well. so if i was to try that, where online would i find a free guide on how to calculate how many points foods are?
I think there’s hope! Those are hard places to lose, believe me, I know. Squats are really good for the back of the leg and butt. Lunges are great too. Do a lot of squats, even if you have to do them throughout the day. Also, for the thighs, try shuffling. I do it after I run. I stand sideways and then shuffle from side to side, first one way, then back the next, kind of like a sideways gallop. Try it and see if you feel it in your thighs the next day.
