right now, i’m 17 years old, 5’2” (and totally done growing), and 150 pounds. according to my doctor, i’m at risk for diabetes, a couple different types of cancer and some heart problems because of my weight. he said i should get down to around 115-120. i’d like to get to this healthier weight as soon as possible, but i don’t know where to begin.
