Female Weight Loss Calorie Calculator
How much body fat do you think i have?!?
Ok, so i tried one of those body fat %age calculators and it didn’t work, it said i have like 30% body fat and i know that’s not true.
Here are my stats: Age-16
Gender-Female
Height- 5’1
Weight- 85 lbs
Bust- 32 A
Wrist- 5 inches
Upper arm- 8 inches (i have great biceps for my size but no triceps)
Waist- 23.5 inches
Hips- 30 inches
Thighs- 15 inches
Calves- 10 inches
And i don’t have any cellulite, by the way. My legs are probably all muscle.
I’m just curious b/c i feel fat and i want to have as little body fat as possible, like 10-12%. And if you say i’m like about 20%, then tell me how i can improve. Cuz im currently eating a 1000 calorie diet w/ fruits and veggies and water and stuff and burning about 500 calories per day with moderate exercise but im not seeing any WEIGHT LOSS! And im wondering why. Thanks a bunches lol
Sorry, but those calculators aren’t very accurate and people can’t make a reasonable estimation by just your measurements. Go to GNC with $1 and take the body fat % test there, it’s accurate.
