i need help…please help me its about weight loss?
okay, lets get started. i’m way low when it comes to motivation. i am a 17 year old female weighing in at 186.2 lbs i am 5’3″ i do not have the money to go to a gym nor do i have money to go out and buy equipment to workout with. i would go out for runs jogs or walks but my mom wont let me go alone i also do not have friends nor will she go with me. i have asthma and very weak knees. i get tired really fast oh i forgot to mention, considering everything in supermarkets that are good for you are over priced i’m stuck with cheap bags of cereal and non fat milk. please give me as much information as you can.

weight now:186.2 lbs goal weight: 120 lbs
first off, dont set a weight goal. set a goal of inches. that way, when you are satisfied with your looks you dont worry about weight.
For exercise, if you have spare time at school and if there is a gym there, i would go there and walk on the treadmill of use a bike. try doing a few sit ups. also, you will have to push yourself beyond your limits. you cant get anywhere just by stopping when you are tired. when you get tired, try and get angry or excited. when you are emotional, your body produces chemicals that help pain to go away. also, if you have a place nearby your living space where your mother could easily watch you, you could walk or jog in circles. also, yard work can help too. you can also walk in the home, you dont really need to leave to walk.
As for food, one way to loose weight is to cut down on your sugar intake. this means eating less simple sugars. less candy and junk food, more vegetables and fruit. instead of white bread, eat whole wheat bread. it is about the same price and its harder to digest, meaning you put energy into it to digest it. also, high fiber diets (diets high in vegetables and fruits) help block your body from absorbing excess fats and sugars.
